Pervez Musharraf Foundation


Pervez Musharraf Foundation was formed in 2010.







The main objectives for which the foundation is established are:

  1. To diffuse use to knowledge in arts, science, scientific research, engineering, technology and promotion of literature, political education and allied subjects.
  2. To organize relief work including construction of houses in times of plague, famine, endemic or disaster or any kind or other occasion independently or with collaboration of individual or Association or Organization. 
  3. To promote, encourage foreign studies and researches by students in Pakistan.
  4. To provide medical and welfare facilities and other amenities, to disabled and infirm person, destitutes and orphans. 
  5. To provide monetary assistance in the shape of stipends, scholarships, grant or other assistance or otherwise for enabling meritorious and deserving students.
  6. To build hospitals and make arrangements for poor and deserving persons for medical treatment.   
  7. To establish contact with similar organizations and institutions in Pakistan and abroad.
  8. To forge international partnership and to maintain a living and growing information base.
  9. To do such other legal act either by itself or in conjunction with other organizations/ persons as the Society may consider necessary and conducive to the attainment of the above objective.
  10. To engage in and pursue any other charitable object, not involving the carrying on of any business activity.
  11. To accept, procure subscription, donations or other contributions and procure, collect, accept gifts and endowments.
  12. To take such action as may be necessary to coordinate activities of the Society with other Societies and Organization with similar objects
  13. To own a printing press and print newspapers, magazines, periodicals, books and such other matters which are necessary in the estimation of the governing counsel for attaining the objective of a Society.
  14. Generally to do all such things as may be incidental or conducive for attainment of the object of the Society or any of them.
  15. All the income, earning, movable and/or immovable properties of the Society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the provision of its aim and objects only as set forth in the Memorandum of the Society and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividend, bonus, profit or in any manner, whatsoever, to the present or past members of the Society or to any person or persons acting through any one or more of the present or past members. No member of the Society shall have any personal claim or any movable or immovable property of the Society or make any profit, whatsoever, by virtue of this Membership.

Distribution of food packages amongt 130 families of christian community

Dr. Muhammad Amjad Chaudhry- Chief Coordinator/Senior Vice President All Pakistan Muslim League(APML) distributed food packages among 130 families of christian community on Saturday March 9, 2013. the ceremony was organized by Parvez Musharraf Foundation in collaboration with Islamabad Development Welfare Corporation.


Dr. Muhammad Amjad hands over the keys to flood affectees in Muzaffargarh

Dr. Muhammad Amjad, Secretary General Pervez Musharraf Foundation and Maj. Gen. (Retd) Rashid Qureshi and Atiqa Odho handed over the keys of 50 houses to flood affected people in Muzaffargarh district. Dr. Muhammad Amjad said that Pervez Musharraf Foundation would build 1200 homes for flood affected people. The foundation had distributed Rs.20 million in shape of cash and relief goods. Hundred people welcomed them and appreciated the generous gesture.

The aim and objectives of Pervez Musharraf Foundation is to provide help to poor and deserving persons and for that reason under the instructions of former President and Gen (R) Pevez Musharraf, relief material was distributed in Sakrand area of District Shaheed Benazir Abad.
